  • Visual Accuracy: We make every effort to display the colors, textures, dimensions, and finishes of our fashion jewelry as accurately as possible. However, because display screens vary and many fashion jewelry pieces involve intricate hand-setting, plating, or handcrafted components, minor variations in tone, natural stone inclusions, or finish are normal and celebrated characteristics of fashion craftsmanship.

  • Jewelry Care: Fashion and plated jewelry requires gentle handling. We are not liable for wear-and-tear resulting from direct contact with perfumes, moisture, sweat, chlorine, hairsprays, or improper storage after delivery.

  • Inventory & Availability: Certain items may be available exclusively online or in limited quantities in our retail store. We reserve the right to limit the sales quantities of any products or services to any person, household, or geographic region.

3. Pricing & Modifications

  • All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as indicated at checkout.

  • Prices for our products are subject to change without prior notice.

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service (or any part thereof) without notice at any time.

4. Orders, Billing & Account Information

  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email, billing address, or phone number provided at checkout.

  • Information Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, delivery, and account information for all purchases made via our online store and POS terminals.

  • Payment Security: Payments are processed through secure, RBI-compliant third-party payment gateways (supporting UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking). We do not store your complete card details or banking passwords on our servers.

5. Shipping, In-Store Pickup & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines provided at checkout or via order confirmation are estimates. While we partner with reliable logistics couriers, delivery times may vary due to transit factors, public holidays, or unforeseen events.

  • Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery by the courier partner.

6. Returns & Refunds
